Highly recommend approaching most issues in life like a design problem. I do my best to be a thoughtful and intentional teammate, and my go-to tools are centering kindness and curiosity. Most issues arise from a lack of true collaboration and authentic listening.  Processing other people’s ideas or working styles and understanding how best to connect can be a challenge, but staying curious and seeing problems as opportunities are the goals

In my spare time I'm watching everything on my Criterion Challenge Letterboxd list (huh?) and some secret music and film projects that I'm being mindfully demure about at the moment.
