RELATIONSHIP TOOL

Kinnit

A private relationship-centered platform for understanding ourselves, sharing what matters with the people we trust, and remembering how to show up when it counts.

Kinnit helps people document how they want to be known, supported, celebrated, and remembered, then share that context selectively with people they already know in real life. Guided conversations become a living, searchable layer of relationship knowledge: preferences, boundaries, routines, traditions, memories, care needs, conflict styles, values, gifts, and wishes.

The goal is not to move relationships into an app. It is to make the moments outside the app more attentive, personal, and human.

THE VISION

A private layer of human context that helps people show up better.

Most social products are built for broadcasting. Kinnit is built for context. You do not scroll it; you search it, reference it, and leave to do something more human.

THE PROBLEM

Relationship knowledge is everywhere and nowhere.

A birthday is in a calendar. An allergy is buried in a group text. A care preference lives in someone’s memory. People rarely fail to care; they fail to remember how to care in the exact moment it matters.

THE PRODUCT IDEA

Make private context useful later.

Kinnit turns thoughtful conversations into living, searchable relationship context—then connects that context to planning, reminders, gifts, care, conflict, traditions, and remembrance.

THE CORE LOOP

Conversation becomes action

The goal is not to move relationships into an app. It is to help people notice what matters, then leave the app and do something thoughtful in real life.

01

Explore

Answer a thoughtful prompt through voice or text.

02

Organize

Keep the original answer and structure what matters.

03

Share

Choose exactly which people or circles can see it.

04

Act

Retrieve the right context when a relationship needs it.

THE PRODUCT SYSTEM

Five connected areas with one clear job each

Instead of making every idea compete in one feed, the architecture separates self-knowledge, relationships, meaningful moments, coordination, and legacy. Choose an area to see how the system works.

EXPRESS

Turn reflection into usable context

Guided explorations help someone document preferences, boundaries, routines, traditions, care needs, and wishes through voice or text. Raw answers stay visible, while optional AI can organize themes without replacing the person’s own words.

  • Built-in, community, and custom explorations
  • Voice, exact transcription, or optional topic-scoped AI
  • Private-by-default answers with section-level sharing

TRUST IS THE INTERACTION MODEL

Privacy is not buried in settings

Kinnit asks people to document material that may be practical, tender, or deeply intimate. Mutual consent, bounded relationships, and user ownership shape the product from the first screen.

✓

No public identity layer

No public profiles, followers, searchable directory, engagement feed, or event discovery.

✓

Permission at the section level

An answer can stay private, go to selected people, or be shared with a trusted circle.

✓

Bounded AI memory

AI is optional and topic-scoped. It cannot pull unrelated personal information into a conversation.

✓

Quiet by default

Notifications are off until someone chooses app, email, or calendar reminders.

WHAT EXISTS TODAY

An active 0-to-1 concept and prototype

I have explored the core navigation, conversational surveys, evolving profiles, occasion planning, and high-fidelity interaction flows in Figma, including AI-assisted prototypes. This is product strategy and design work in progress—not a launched product with market outcomes.

Early feedback strengthened People as primary navigation, gave conflict its own exploration, and pushed profiles to surface support needs, preferences, dates, and related occasions more directly.
